I was grateful for the prompt response of getting service same day I called. He checked it and saw that power was not working, that's why it was not pumping properly. He went to check all our breakers and resolved the problem right away. Most households need pumping every 3 to 5 years. The right interval depends on tank size and how many people live in the home; see the chart on this page, or call and we'll recommend a schedule.
My septic alarm is going off. What should I do?
Cut back on water use and call us. An alarm usually means the pump chamber is high because a pump, float or breaker has failed. Many times it's a quick fix.
Do you install field drains in Louisiana?
No. Field drain installation is offered in Mississippi only. We provide all of our other services in both Mississippi and Louisiana.
